Prime Rehab Center provides comprehensive physical therapy for orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, balance, chronic pain, and vestibular conditions.
We also provide focused rehabilitation for Personal Injury cases and Federal Workers' Compensation through the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP), with individualized treatment and clear progress tracking.
Consistency Today. Performance Tomorrow.
Whether you are managing a general condition or recovering from an accident or work injury, every plan begins with an individualized evaluation.
No referral needed — just come in, and we'll handle the rest.
Book a VisitEvery visit is led directly by Dr. Jonathan Haddad or Dr. Marina Haddad — our husband-and-wife team of Doctors of Physical Therapy. No rotating staff, no cookie-cutter routines.
Your first visit is an evaluation, not a fixed prescription. From there, your therapist adjusts the plan as you hit milestones — so the exercises you're doing in week 6 look nothing like week 1.
Book an EvaluationA full movement assessment on day one.
Treatment built around your specific goals.
Your plan adjusts as you hit progress markers.
Return to full activity, with a plan to stay there.
That's what the first evaluation is for. Book a visit and we'll build the plan together.
Book a VisitTap a spot on the body — or pick a region below — to learn what's commonly behind it, in plain language, and how physical therapy can help. This is educational only; a real evaluation is the only way to know what's going on with you specifically.
Tap a glowing point to jump to that area. Low back isn't visible from the front — use the list to explore it.
Every one of these can show up differently from person to person — this is just a starting point. Click any region to jump straight to it.
That tight, nagging pain that starts in your neck and creeps into your head is often caused by tension headaches, cervicogenic headaches (headaches that actually start in the neck), or muscle strain from long hours at a desk or an awkward sleeping position.
Common signs: stiffness turning your head, a dull ache at the base of your skull, headaches that get worse in certain neck positions.
How we help: hands-on manual therapy, posture retraining, and targeted stretching and strengthening to take the pressure off your neck for good.
Feeling like the room is spinning, or just generally unsteady on your feet, is often linked to your vestibular system — the inner-ear system that controls balance. Conditions like BPPV (a common inner-ear balance disorder) or general balance decline can leave you feeling unsafe on stairs, in the shower, or just walking around the house.
Common signs: room-spinning sensations, lightheadedness with position changes, unsteadiness, a growing fear of falling.
How we help: specialized vestibular therapy and balance training to help your brain and body communicate the way they should.
Struggling to reach overhead, behind your back, or sleep on that side? Shoulder pain is often caused by rotator cuff strain, impingement, or frozen shoulder — a stiff, painful shoulder that gradually loses range of motion.
Common signs: pain lifting your arm overhead, weakness reaching for a high shelf, a shoulder that just won't loosen up.
How we help: hands-on mobilization, targeted strengthening, and a plan built around getting your full range of motion back.
That sharp or aching pain on the outside or inside of your elbow — often triggered by repetitive gripping, typing, or swinging a racket or golf club — is commonly tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) or golfer's elbow (medial epicondylitis). It can also show up after a fracture or surgery.
Common signs: pain gripping or lifting, tenderness on the outside or inside of the elbow, weakness in your grip.
How we help: manual therapy, targeted strengthening, and activity modification to calm the irritation and rebuild tolerance.
Numbness, tingling, or aching in your wrist and hand — especially if it's worse at night or with repetitive movements like typing — is often linked to carpal tunnel syndrome or tendinitis. Wrist pain also commonly follows a fracture, sprain, or surgery.
Common signs: numbness or tingling in the fingers, a weak grip, pain with wrist movement or repetitive use.
How we help: hands-on manual therapy, nerve gliding techniques, splinting guidance, and a strengthening plan built around your specific diagnosis.
One of the most common reasons people come see us. Whether it's from lifting something the wrong way, sitting too long, or a disc issue like sciatica (pain that radiates down the leg), low back pain can make everyday movement feel exhausting.
Common signs: stiffness bending or lifting, an ache that won't go away, pain radiating into a hip or leg.
How we help: core stabilization, manual therapy, and movement retraining so you can bend, lift, and move without bracing for pain.
Hip pain shows up in sneaky ways — stiffness getting out of a chair, a catch going up stairs, or a deep ache after sitting too long. It's commonly linked to arthritis, bursitis, or recovery after a hip replacement.
Common signs: stiffness first thing in the morning, pain with stairs, a limp you didn't have before.
How we help: targeted strengthening, mobility work, and gait training to get your stride back.
Whether you're recovering from an ACL tear, a meniscus repair, a knee replacement, or dealing with general knee arthritis, knee pain can make stairs, squatting, and even standing up from a chair feel unstable.
Common signs: swelling, a feeling of the knee giving way, more pain going downstairs than up.
How we help: a structured strength and stability program that meets you wherever you are in recovery.
That first step out of bed shouldn't hurt. Ankle and foot pain — from an old sprain that never quite healed, plantar fasciitis, or a post-fracture recovery — often gets worse with rest and better, to a point, once you're moving.
Common signs: sharp pain with your first steps in the morning, an ankle that feels unstable, swelling after being on your feet.
How we help: manual therapy, strengthening, and gait retraining to get you walking confidently again.
This page is for general education and isn't a substitute for a professional evaluation. Everyone's pain is different — book a visit and we'll assess your specific situation.
An injury can affect your work, mobility, independence, and daily life. Our clinic is prepared to provide timely, individualized rehabilitation with objective documentation and dependable communication throughout your course of care.
Each plan is based on your diagnosis, functional limitations, job demands, and personal goals—not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Care for injuries related to motor-vehicle collisions, slip-and-fall accidents, trip-and-fall accidents, and other personal injury events. Treatment is tailored to the symptoms and functional limitations identified during your evaluation.
Federal Workers' Compensation rehabilitation through the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP) for federal employees recovering from an accepted or reported work injury, with treatment aimed at restoring function and supporting a safe, appropriate return to work.
We work to begin appropriate care promptly so recovery is not unnecessarily delayed.
Your plan includes functional goals and objective reassessments that show how you are progressing.
Treatment considers the lifting, standing, walking, reaching, and endurance demands of your job and daily life.
With your authorization, we communicate with physicians, claims professionals, case managers, and legal offices involved in your care.
With the patient's authorization, we communicate with referring physicians, claims professionals, case managers, and legal offices involved in the patient's care. Clinical decisions remain based on the evaluation findings and individual treatment needs.
We continue to treat orthopedic conditions, post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, balance and fall concerns, neurological conditions, chronic pain, and vestibular disorders.
